- Well, I'm also taking C++ (and Fortran 77) as my first programming class and the
- instructor assumes everything is easy to understand and we all have some kind of
- programming experience. The textbook is 1000 pages of fine print so I was looking for
- some lighter reading to supplement this book.
-
- At Barnes and Noble, I was looking at a book called "Rescued by C++" by Kris Jasma. I
- think that if I start getting buried in this class, I'll buy this book to help me out.
- Its under $20.
